Our mission is to build modern constructions to achieve exceptional standard of quality to the satisfaction of the Customers within the affordable prices. We understand that many Serving Officers of Tri Forces are in need of reliable contractor to build their houses. In this regard we being Disciplined & experienced Engineers can build their houses within the allocated budget. Our construction cost is considerably low as we do constructions with our direct labor mainly retired military personnel. Hence our Company can offer a Special Price for the constructions Our talented Team of Professionals will visit & inspect the sites and prepare Drawings & Estimates for the proposed constrictions to suit individual’s requirement. We will reduce the Overheads & Profit margin and offer a considerable discount for the Approved Cost before signing the Contract Agreement. Also, the duration of the construction period will be adjusted and Initial Mobilization Advance would be minimum amount.
