- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity surveying with minimum 2-3 years of experience.
- HNDE/NCT/ NVQ Level 4 (QS) or equivalent professional qualificationm with minimum 3 years of experience in building construction or steel fabrication projects.
- Strong ability to analyze drawings, specifications, cost estimation and BOQ preparation, contract administration for accurate tender preparation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS-related software.
- Hands-on experience in preparing interim payment applications and other QS documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed tender estimates and cost breakdowns.
- Conduct material takeoffs and prepare BOQs.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations.
- Preparation of monthly progress bills and variations.
- Maintain proper documentation for all QS-related work.
