If you have sharp technical expertise, hands-on field experience, and the leadership to drive top-quality AC installations, this is your chance to shine and take the lead.
What We’re Looking For:
Certification from a reputed institution for Air Conditioning.
At least 5 years of Experience in the AC industry or refrigeration system installation and maintenance, OR Extensive knowledge of all aspects of air conditioning systems.
Flexibility in handling diverse field situations and Problem-Solving Skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Package, Auto CAD and ERP Systems.
Fluency in English & Sinhala/Tamil (negotiation, conflict resolution).
Age below 45 years.
If you can ensure flawless AC installations, maintain standards, and lead teams efficiently—this role is for you!
