Key Responsibilities

• Conduct YRA safety riding programs island-wide as per the annual schedule.
• Organize and launch Yamaha racing and off-road events in alignment with motorsports calendars.
• Train sales and dealer teams on professional riding techniques.
• Represent Yamaha at industry forums, exhibitions, and community outreach initiatives.
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and local organizations to expand program reach.
• Ensure compliance with Yamaha's safety standards and local traffic regulations.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management of safety gear and demo bikes.
• Coordinate with the Service team for timely maintenance of training assets.

What equips you for the role

• Passed G.C.E. A/L.
• NVQ Level 4 Certification in the automobile industry.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in after-sales operations, preferably in the motorcycle sector.

Required skills to be successful

• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, as required by event schedules
