Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Kandy region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive promotional campaigns and brand visibility.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Full or part qualification in SLIM/CIM or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in managerial role.

Required skills to be successful

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage a high-performing team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
