Key Responsibilities
• To plan, develop, and manage commercial training programs of the Academy to meet industry standards and market demand.
• To ensure the effective promotion, delivery, and evaluation of training courses, both locally and internationally.
• To strengthen the Academy's position as a leading aviation training provider in the region through strategic partnerships and revenue generation.
•Identify training needs and design commercially viable training programs
• Oversee the development of course content, curriculum, and learning resources.
•Manage and supervise training delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with ICAO and other international standards.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote training programs locally and internationally.
• Coordinate with airlines, aviation organizations, and regulatory bodies to expand business
opportunities.
• Ensure financial sustainability of training programs by monitoring costs, pricing, and profitability.
• Collaborate with chief instructors and administrative staff involved in commercial training.
• Maintain records, monitor performance, and prepare management reports.
• Introduce new programs to meet industry trends and global aviation requirements.
