Is it free to find a pro?
Yes. Searching and contacting pros by phone or WhatsApp is free for customers, and Findit.lk takes no commission from the job.
How are pros verified?
Each pro registers with a working phone number and submits their NIC to the Findit.lk team, who call to verify them before the profile goes live. The NIC is never shown publicly.
How do I contact a pro?
Open the pro's profile and tap Call or WhatsApp. You speak to them directly, so there are no forms to fill in or quotes to wait for.
How do I know what the job will cost?
Pros set their own prices, and many list a starting visit charge on their profile. Send a photo of the problem on WhatsApp and ask for a price before any work starts.
Which areas of Sri Lanka are covered?
All 25 districts, with town-level listings, from Colombo, Gampaha and Kandy to Galle, Jaffna and Batticaloa.
What services can I find?

How much does it cost to join?
A one-time Rs. 1,000 registration. You get your profile, an NIC-verified badge, the first month of Pro free, and then 5 free leads every month.
Do you take a commission on jobs?
No. Findit.lk never takes a commission, so you keep 100% of what you earn.
How long until my profile is live?
Registering takes about two minutes. Our team calls to verify you before the profile goes live. Sending your NIC on WhatsApp gets you verified faster.
How do I receive job leads?
When someone in your area needs your service, the lead is sent to your WhatsApp. How many leads you get depends on demand in your area.
What does the Pro plan add?
For Rs. 990 a month: leads from all 25 districts, unlimited leads, top placement in your area, priority leads, a gold PRO badge and an extended profile. Cancel anytime and your profile stays live.
Can I cover more than one town?
Yes. You can add other towns in your district when you register. Covering the whole island is included with the Pro plan.
Is the registration fee refundable?
No, the Rs. 1,000 registration fee is non-refundable. See the refund policy on the Findit Pros site for details.
Will my NIC be shown on my profile?
No. Your NIC goes only to the Findit.lk verification team and is never shown publicly.
