💼 Position: Full-Time Business Development Manager
🌎 Focus Markets: Romania & Gulf Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait & Bahrain)
✅ Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within the recruitment/manpower industry
* Experience handling recruitment markets in Romania and/or Gulf countries
* Strong network of overseas employers and recruitment partners
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
* Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required
