JOB PROFILE:

• chievement of sales target of Auto fuels (including branded/premium fuels), Lubes and ensuring timely collection of payment
• Sales monitoring of Retail Outlet
• Identification of facility upgradation / RO modernization / related proposals, etc.
• Ensuring availability / compilation of dealership agreements / business registration / audited balance sheet / updated RO land records (for B site) / account statements / legal metrological certificates / any of the statutory approvals as applicable
• Ensuring statutory approval, pre-commissioning approvals of all new ROs
• Inspection of Retail Outlets as per norms
• Act as a strong link between HO and the Dealers
• Controlling and collection of payments - non- fuel vendors
• Identification of new sites for Petrol Sheds - VIP Ref / record keeping
• Modernization B Site ROs (Canopy / Driveway)
• Market intelligence - regular feedback to managements / MIS
• Ensuring proper maintenance of retail outlet equipment's and proper safety compliance

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / CIM / SLIM or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 02 years of work experience in similar position in Sales / Marketing
• Preferably below 35 years of age
• Valid driving license
• Experience in Petroleum industry will be preferred
• Candidate should be willing to be posted anywhere across the island
• Excellent computer literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English Excellent boundary management & good time-management skills
