- Managing & motivating the team to drive sales and efficiency.
- Effectively manage operational costs
- Manage stock levels & take key decisions about Stock control
- Sales figure evaluations and forecasts future sales
- Coach , Lead & Develop the team to meet sales targets and deliver a great customer experience
- Handling and managing customer feedback according Company procedures
Key Requirements:
• Energetic , Proactive & Self driven
•Excellent communication skills and rapport
•Minimum of 4 years experience in Fashion Retail in a similar position
•Education in the Marketing field will be an added advantage
