What equips you for the role
- A bachelor's degree or a professional qualification in Marketing Management/ Business Administration/ Management from a recognized university/ an institution.
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a similar capacity in the automotive sales / Banking / Insurance, or related fields is preferred.
Required skills to be successful
- Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala /Tamil with strong analytical skills.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with a go-getter attitude.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence others.
- Experience in building positive relationships with the customers.
