Qualifications and Experience (1 or 2 below)

1. A special degree in Management or Business Management or any other Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the subject area of the post which is recognized by U.G.C. and a minimum one (01) year of post qualifying experience in the relevant field to the post.

OR

2. Having passed the intermediate Examination of recognized professional chartered institute of which the subject area is relevant to the post and a minimum one (01) year of post qualifying experience in the relevant field to the post.

Internal Candidates (1 or 2 below)

1. Having obtained the qualifications required by the external candidates above.

2. Completion 0f minimum five (05) years satisfactory service in the junior Manager (JM) Category, in the Subject area relevant to the post.

Age: The candidate should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years.

Salary Scale: Will be in accordance with the Management Services Circular 01/2025.

MM 1-1 -2025 91,690-10 x 2,480 – 15 x 3,450 = 168,240/-

Nature of Appointment: Permanent with entitlement to Employees’ Provident Fund and Employees’ Trust Fund.

Job Description

 Organize training program as directed by the management.

 Prepare the annual logistic plan for the training programs.

 Monitoring all the logistic arrangements.

 Overall supervision of the Kitchen and Hostels.

Recruitment Procedure: Based on the results of a written competitive examination and/or a structured interview conducted by a panel appointed by the appointing authority.

a) If selected through a written competitive examination and a structured interview final selection will be in the order of merit based on the aggregate of 60% of the marks obtained at the written examination and 40% of the marks obtained at the interview.

b) If selected through a structured interview – appointments will be made purely in the order of merit at the interview.
