Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

Assist in hot and cold kitchen operations and food preparation.

Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure food safety standards.


Requirements:

Relevant culinary qualifications or professional pastry training.

Minimum 2 years of experience in pastry or demi chef roles.

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.


Chef de Partie (Hot Range) Salary: LKR 80,000 - 110,000 (Plus Service Charge)


Key Responsibilities:

Manage the hot kitchen section and ensure smooth operations.

Prepare and cook high-quality hot range dishes.

Train and guide junior staff.


Requirements:

Strong knowledge of hot kitchen techniques.

3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Leadership skills and commitment to quality


Commis 1 (Kitchen) Salary: LKR 50,000 - 60,000 (Plus Service Charge)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs with daily food preparation.

Maintain cleanliness and mise en place. Learn and develop culinary skills under supervision. Requirements:

1-2 years of experience preferred.

Willingness to learn and grow within the team.
