Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual of high integrity to join our team as Senior Housekeeping Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a strong professional background, a solid work ethic, and exceptional communication skills. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager - Housekeeping & Kitchen Stewarding, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the section.

• Oversee daily cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas, Flight kitchen, equipment, Airport Restaurant, lounges and storage rooms.
• Maintain cleaning tools, detergents, and sanitizers; oversee stock levels and reorder as needed.
• Support pest control measures and conduct regular inspections for infestations or contamination.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance during audits and inspections.
• Implement proper waste segregation ensure timely disposal adhering to environmental protocols.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule cleaning tasks around meal preparation and flight timelines.
• Ensure cleaning activities align with shift rotations and airline schedule demands.
• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, including task assignment and performance monitoring.
• Conduct regular training sessions on sanitation best practices, equipment use, and safety.

Requirements

• Degree from recognized university / Hotel School (3 years Diploma) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Executive Capacity.
• OR
• Full or Part Professional Qualification in Housekeeping or Kitchen Stewarding with 2 years’ experience in Executive Capacity.
• Professional experience in housekeeping operations within reputed hotels or hospitality establishments.
• Familiar with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to housekeeping operations.
